By placing an order on eG Mart you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error; any payment made is refunded in full.
• Orders are confirmed once we contact you or receive online payment.

Delivery

• Delivery charges and estimated times are shown at checkout for your area.
• Please check the package in front of the delivery person and report visible damage immediately.

Payment

• We accept cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and cards through SSLCommerz.
• For high-value orders we may ask for advance payment before dispatch.

Warranty

• Warranty is provided by the brand or by eG Mart as stated on each product page, starting from the delivery date.
• Warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage, unauthorised repairs, or a removed serial/IMEI sticker.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
